Music Under Fire

It's Tuesday! Normally each week, there are more unheard of groups than ones most people would know. This week is a fine exception due to a large amount of groups who have been out and back, or perhaps just out, but never heard of.

This week, Del The Funky Homosapien makes his appearance after 8 years of living behind the scenes with the release of Eleventh Hour. Its always awkward when artists put out a 'Best Of' album, then come back and screw things up - not in Del's case. Another 'out and back' artist is Presidents of The United States of America, who haven't been around since their 2004 release Love Everybody. To be honest, I wasn't aware they were still on the radar after "Lump" back in 1995.

Other groups to look out for this week are the electro-pop Junior Boys with Body Language Six, the folksy group WHY? with their release of Alopecia, the well-anticipated release of the pop-punk bandits, Saosin with their latest release Come Close. We also recommend taking a gander at Cassettes Won't Listen and our 'the band' for the week, The Diggs with ctrl-alt-del.
