The Kooks have been playing some of their live music, and we're happy to grab hold of some of it. Talk of The Kooks has been all over God's creation with their latest album, Konk, making news this week. A few thousand people have had the chance to see them play live, performing some of their latest material from Konk as well as those songs which have already infected the UK from their 2007 album Inside In Inside Out.
This past month, Brighton, UK band played a live show on March 6th sponsored by the one and only BBC Radio 1 at the Barfly in Liverpool. It was the perfect situation really. Fans screaming every word they knew, and new songs being played a month before their album dropped.
Below are two tracks from their show in Liverpool. We highly recommend listening to "Sway". I may have to eat my words when I said "Always Where I Need To Be" was their best song yet because this one exceeded my expectations.
