Perhaps it was my listen to Crystal Castles' "Vanished" that made me dream about Nintendo's Iron Sword last night. Then again it could have been any of the other 16 tracks on their self-titled album that sent me into a Nintendo-inspired slumber.
It really isn't hard to listen to the album. I loved Nintendo and its vast array of bumpin' beats. Let me try for a second to convey the wonder that the two youngsters from Crystal Castles brought back to life so vividly through a few video game references. Keep in mind, the album does have lyrics, whether the scarce human vocals or the robot-enhanced version, that find an back seat to the technotronic beats.
