There are few groups that compose relaxing waves of emotion quite like our Swedish friends, Jeniferever. In fact the beauty and lush atmospheric waves of sound captured in their 2006 album, Choose a Bright Morning, is far more forgotten than more shoegazers would come to realize. Since their mild success of their 2006 debutm the band has grown quite a bit since their first full release, and their success from the icy ambience and soft spoken vocals of Kristofer Jönson.
The last update arrived in July as they released their Nangijala EP, which was available as of June 23rd, but the band already has been putting together enough music for an upcoming second album and been hard at work since January mixing and putting together their songs. The new album will be under Club AC30 from London and is being mixed and recorded with the help of Magnus Lindberg, whose background in orchastrating beautiful music is only exceeded by his experience.

It took us a while but our follow up album to 'Choose a Bright Morning' from 2006 is soon completely finished. Right now we are in Umeå mixing it together with Magnus Lindberg, who also had a role in the recording and mixing of 'CaBM'. We're done with five songs and have five more to go. We're really excited with the result and can't wait to let you hear it. Another thing we're about to do is a Bruce Springsteen cover for a compilation that will be out on the WIAIWYA label (Where It's At Is Where You Are). We haven't really decided what song to do yet, it's hard to do since most of his songs are masterpieces.
